By accessing DemeWebSolutions.com, creating an account, purchasing products, or downloading software, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and any product-specific licenses referenced at checkout.
Platform services
We provide a commercial software platform including marketplace listings, memberships, documentation, account tools, and digital delivery through Vault. Features may evolve over time; material changes will be reflected in these terms.
Software licensing
Software is licensed, not sold. Your rights depend on the license tier purchased or included with membership. Premium products distributed outside WordPress.org are governed by our Software License Agreement unless a separate written agreement applies.
Membership services
Membership plans provide ongoing access to included products while active. Membership Terms describe renewals, entitlements, and cancellation. Failure to maintain an active membership may limit access to included downloads and updates.
Digital downloads
Digital products are delivered electronically through your account and Vault. You are responsible for maintaining secure access to your account and complying with download and redistribution restrictions.
Intellectual property
All platform content, product code, documentation, and branding remain the property of My Deme, LLC and its licensors. DemeWebSolutions™, ROMA Security™, and other marks are protected as described in our Intellectual Property & Trademarks policy.
Acceptable use
- Do not redistribute, resell, or sublicense software except as expressly permitted
- Do not attempt to bypass licensing, membership, or download controls
- Do not use products to violate law or infringe third-party rights
- Do not interfere with platform security or availability
Security products
Products such as LionGate™ under ROMA Security™ are provided for legitimate website protection. Misuse, unauthorized scanning of third-party systems, or attempts to evade security controls may result in termination.
API usage (future)
If platform or product APIs are offered, additional usage limits, authentication requirements, and rate policies will apply. API access may require membership or separate authorization.
Export controls
You agree to comply with applicable export control and sanctions laws. You may not use or export our software where prohibited by U.S. or local law.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
Software and services are provided as described in product documentation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and limit liability for indirect or consequential damages.
