End-user license terms for commercial software distributed through DemeWebSolutions.com and not via WordPress.org.
Grant of license
Subject to payment and compliance with these terms, My Deme, LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the software on the number of sites permitted by your purchase or membership tier.
Installation rights
You may install the software only on websites you own or control, within the site limits of your license. Development and staging copies may be permitted as described in product documentation.
Membership requirements
Products included with membership remain licensed only while your membership is active and in good standing. If membership ends, you must cease use of membership-only editions unless you hold a separate perpetual license.
Updates and support
Updates and support availability depend on your license type, active membership, and product lifecycle policy. See the Download & Update Policy for version support details.
Restrictions
- No redistribution, resale, or public republishing of source or packaged files
- No removal of license or copyright notices
- No use beyond licensed site count or tier
- No circumvention of activation, entitlement, or security controls
Reverse engineering
You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software except where applicable law expressly permits and only after providing prior notice to us.
Security software
LionGate™ and other ROMA Security™ products include protective mechanisms. Tampering with licensing or security components violates this agreement and may terminate your license immediately.
Termination
This license ends if you breach these terms or if your membership or purchase entitlement expires. Upon termination, you must uninstall the software and destroy copies in your possession.
