Digital products
Most software on DemeWebSolutions.com is delivered digitally. Because files can be copied upon delivery, refunds are limited and evaluated case by case when a product materially fails to function as documented.
Product trials
Select products—including premium security software—may include a time-limited trial period (commonly 14 days) as described on the product page. Trials are intended to evaluate fit before purchase. Once a paid license is activated after trial, standard digital product refund rules apply.
Membership billing
Memberships renew automatically at the billing interval shown at checkout unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel from your account to stop future charges; access continues through the current paid period.
Subscription cancellations
Cancelling a membership does not retroactively refund prior billing periods. Partial-month refunds are not guaranteed unless required by applicable law or explicitly stated on the plan page.
Duplicate or erroneous charges
Contact CustomerCare@demewebsolutions.com promptly if you believe you were charged in error. Verified duplicate charges will be corrected.
Custom services
Custom development, elite services, and enterprise engagements may use separate written agreements with their own refund and cancellation terms.
