Install
Download free from the official WordPress plugin directory.
- Upload and activate LUMA Ai from Plugins → Add New (or install the luma-ai folder manually).
- Open LUMA Setup — add your AI API key from OpenAI or Anthropic (optional if you only want basic catalog answers).
- Approve the WooCommerce product scan, then enable the ChatBot Widget.
Requires WordPress 6.0+, PHP 7.4+, tested up to WordPress 7.0. WooCommerce is recommended for catalog sync and default widget placement.

Is this the same as Luma Product Fields?

Do I need an AI API key?
Optional for basic catalog-grounded answers. For natural-language AI chat, add your own OpenAI or Anthropic API key.
Does LUMA send my whole catalog to OpenAI or Anthropic every time?
No. TruLUMA keeps a local index on your site. Only the visitor message and relevant product context are sent when AI replies are enabled.
Is WooCommerce required?

Does LUMA execute AI-generated code on my site?
No. LUMA does not run arbitrary PHP, JavaScript, or shell commands from AI output.
