Phantom AI and all associated source code, documentation, design elements, algorithms, and trade
names are the exclusive property of My Deme, LLC (“the Company”). All rights, title, and interest
not expressly granted are reserved by the Company. Use of this software does not transfer any
ownership rights to the user or any third party.

2. Restrictions on Use

No portion of this software or its derivative works may be copied, reproduced, modified, merged,
published, distributed, sublicensed, sold, rented, leased, reverse-engineered, or otherwise exploited
in any manner without the express prior written consent of My Deme, LLC. Unauthorized use or
distribution may result in civil and criminal penalties under applicable intellectual-property laws.

3. License and Access

Access to Phantom AI is granted solely under written license terms issued by My Deme, LLC.
Any license granted is revocable, non-transferable, and limited to the purpose explicitly described

Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the WordPress Foundation.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This notice shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America
and the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising hereunder
shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located within
Saint Lucie County, Fort Pierce, Florida.
